The India’s largest private air carrier by passenger traffic, Jet Airways rolls out Jet Konnect, a low-cost service. Such a move is being initiated in the face of fading demands amid recessionary gloom. Jet Konnect will complement jet Airways’ full service product. The service will be offered to 38 destinations where Jet Airways flies.
Jet Konnect offers business class at economy fares that will further pull in passengers. Now, passengers will have to buy their meals on-board. Whole Jet Airways and its low-cost carrier JetLite still offer free food to their travelers on-board.
With launching of yet another low-cost flight service, Jet Airways provides Jet Konnect for the new all-economy service. It will help you lower the airfare by 10-15% than the normal Jet Airways economy fares. Initially, Jet Konnect service is offered by eight aircrafts of Jet Airways.
The new select sectors will be Chennai-Coimbatore, Chennai-Madurai, Chennai-Kochi, Mumbai-Ahemdabad, Mumbai-Bhopal, Mumbai-Udaipur, Bangalore-Pune and Bangalore-Mangalore. The new move will help Jet Airways to perk up its passenger load factor up by 30%. Moving capacity from the full service carrier to a low-cost one is expected to benefit the Jet Airways.
Jet Konnect is ready to cater to the demands of the people seeking best flight services at affordable costs.
